Booking Policies

Deposit Required

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is deducted from the final price. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Punctuality

Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled or charged a £5 late fee.

One Client Per Day

One client is booked per day, depending on the style.

Combination Styles

Combination styles (e.g. Invisible Locs with Fulani Braids) may incur an extra charge, which will be discussed at the appointment.

Social Media

Photos or videos may be taken during appointments for social media purposes.

Gift Boxes

Gift boxes are subject to availability.

Agreement Required

Clients must confirm they have read and agreed to all booking policies before booking.
