Booking policies

The fine print.

These policies keep bookings fair for everyone. Please take a moment to read before securing your appointment.

Deposits

  • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • Bookings made without a deposit will not be held.
  • The deposit is deducted from your final balance.

Rescheduling

  • 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
  • Deposits may be transferred once to a new date.

Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

No-shows

  • Clients who fail to attend may be refused future bookings or required to pay in full up-front.

Late Arrivals

  • More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or a late fee.

Hair Preparation

  • Arrive with clean, fully-dried hair, free of heavy product build-up.
  • Previous hairstyle must be removed (unless hair removal is booked as an add-on).

Extra Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for: extra length, extra density, hair removal, hair supply, stitch parting, heart parts, curved parts and combination styles.

Photos

  • Photos and videos may be taken after your appointment for my portfolio and social media, unless you request otherwise.

Payment Methods

  • Cash, bank transfer, or card payment link.

Agreement

  • Booking an appointment confirms you have read and agreed to all booking policies.
